Possible Itinerary

Day one, you could cross Cook St in the afternoon, go by road transport to Havelock from Picton or by special arrangement from Blenheim, settle into your Havelock motel and dine out with the locals.

Day two, breakfast provided in your motel  and picnic lunch available if required.
Day two and three – and more at marginal extra cost
o    Relax in a garden setting
o    Explore the main-street and quiet side streets of Havelock
o    View the monument to famous locals Ernest Rutherford and William Pickering
o    Go down to the marina, the heart of Havelock and look out to the start of Pelorus
o    See how the barges move the mussels to market
o    View the variety of water transport

o    Learn about the settler culture in Havelock’s main-street museum
